In our twenties our bodies are good at bouncing back from the strain and stress we put it through, quickly recovering from a big night out, a long day at work and an intense spin cycle at the gym.
As we age, our bodies don’t recover and repair quite as well or as quickly as they used to. This leads to things like fatigue, aches & pains, difficulty losing weight, problems with sleeping and a reduced libido.
These adjustments aren’t about calorie counting but more about shifting our perspective about how we best look after our bodies so that we can optimise and enjoy higher energy and great stamina to thrive.
